Grief
Grief is such a funny thing. Some days I smile at your memory while others I cry uncontrollably. Today is a hard day. I have so many things I wish I had done or wish I had said. I often talk to you when I am alone at night and pray you hear me. There is nothing I wouldn’t do to just have one more minute with you. I couldn’t have asked for a better friend in my life. I just wish we had gotten more time together. You did so much for me. I miss you every minute of every day. I hope someday it wont be this hard to remember you. I hope the amazing memories and stories of you will never fade. I hope I dont forget that smiling face or that contagious laughter. Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Thank you for making me smile even when I wanted to punch you in the face. And most importantly, thank you for being you. Stay close buddy <3 I love you always and miss you terribly.

but sometimes the pain just feels never ending and I wish I had my friend back..
When you lose someone so special and so close, all the little things that bothered you before seem so unimportant and the people who complain about everything just start to bother you because they don’t realize how truly blessed and lucky they actually are. WAKE UP. Realize whats truly important in life..stop bitching every 2 seconds on facebook about your “crappy life”. Life is what you make it. And I made a promise to Zack that I would live my life the way he lived his. I will always look for the good and I will try my hardest to be lighthearted and smile every chance I can. No matter whats going on in my life I will make the best of it. You taught me so much and I wish I had gotten a chance to thank you for it, Zack. I will make you proud..
